Zenifica, S.L. is a software and artificial intelligence company based in the province of Málaga, Spain. Founded in 2021. It now designs and operates its own SaaS products and builds AI agents and integrations for other companies.

We design each project so data, and models where the provider allows it, are hosted in the EU. The data-processing agreement sets the processing terms and prohibits training on client data. If a provider processes outside the EU, this is documented and contractual safeguards apply.

We do not publish a fixed rate for a complete agent because it depends on scope, integrations, channels and usage volume. The AI audit and roadmap starts at €1,500 (VAT excluded); the proposal then fixes the phases and the final price. The first 30-minute call is free.
As a guide: a working prototype with real data usually takes two to three weeks and an integrated MVP six to ten weeks. Timelines depend on data quality and availability, integrations with your systems and security requirements. The proposal fixes the schedule before work starts.
We are based in the province of Málaga. We work with companies in Málaga city and across the province, and with clients elsewhere in Spain remotely. On-site meetings happen when they genuinely add value, not as a rule.
We work with Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic and open models through OpenRouter. We choose the model for quality, cost, latency and privacy, and keep it decoupled so it can be swapped. The Colindar AI agent uses Gemini with RAG over Qdrant and tool calling.
We apply GDPR and Spanish data-protection law. The data-processing agreement sets processing terms, hosting and the prohibition on training with client data. As a rule we propose EU hosting; if a provider processes outside the EU, it is documented and contractual safeguards apply.
Yes. We prepare ingestion of PDFs, Word files, websites and databases, generate embeddings, apply per-user permissions and make the agent cite its source. Before launch we measure quality with real questions to avoid invented answers.
